Agendas for the upcoming quarterly meetings are now available. Next Wednesday, June 21, DWC holds stakeholder meetings for insurance carriers and health care providers to discuss issues in the Texas workers? compensation system. The meetings will be held via Zoom.

DWC has revised four forms:
- DWC Form-022, Request for a required medical examination (RME)
- DWC Form-31, Request to change payment period or purchase an annuity
- DWC Form-051, Request for a lump sum payment of impairment income benefits (IIBs)
- DWC Form-057, Request to extend the date of maximum medical improvement for an approved spinal surgery
The previous versions will be accepted until July 31, 2023.
