John,
Workers deserve fair wages, safer working conditions, and a seat at the table. Despite record profits, companies like Amazon, Starbucks, and Trader Joe’s are busting union efforts and often violating labor laws in the process, as documented by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). They are threatening and firing workers who support unions, and even closing stores before workers could vote to unionize. These are blatant attacks on workers’ right to organize. We need stronger labor laws that protect workers from corporate abuse and overreach.
Sign if you agree: Congress must take action to protect the right to unionize. |
The Protect the Right to Organize (PRO) Act currently before Congress represents one of the largest change to U.S. labor laws since the 1940s. It would restore the right of workers to freely and fairly form a union and collectively bargain for higher wages and better benefits. Unions are essential to an economy that works for all Americans. Sign the petition: Tell Congress to pass the PRO Act. In solidarity,
Ro
