Take a look at this chart, John:

[ [link removed] ]Median yearly cost of new drugs chart from NBC News article: 'Prices of
new drugs have soared. Will legislation be able to stop it?' | June 7,
2023

This isn’t what a “free market” looks like — it's a drug cartel.

In a moment, I’m going to ask you to [ [link removed] ]chip in anything you can toward my
grassroots campaign to defeat Josh Hawley and take back Missouri’s U.S.
Senate seat for the people. But first, will you give me a moment to
explain?

[ [link removed] ]CHIP IN NOW →

In America, just three wholesalers control 90% of drug distribution for
pharmacies.

A handful of giant overseas companies control 80% of our drug supply
chain.

And now drug shortages are up 30%, from Adderall to cancer medication —
and Big Pharma STILL manages to pull in record profits.

The facts are clear here: We CAN make these essential drugs in America and
get them to those who need them — but Big Pharma chooses not to.

To their top executives, record-breaking profits matter more than the drug
shortages that cost Americans their lives and livelihoods.

[ [link removed] ]Report from Washington University in St. Louis which found 30% of the
U.S. pharmaceutical manufacturing sites are at or less than 50%
utilization.

Skyrocketing prices and record shortages for essential drugs are more than
just a cause for concern — this is a crisis that Congress MUST address. If
Big Pharma won't get us these medications, our country needs to start
making them ourselves.

That’s why when I’m in the U.S. Senate, I'll file legislation to change
Big Pharma's incentives. America will find or build the factory. Then
we’ll find a business and workers to run it on a contract that guarantees
they’ll always put patriotism over exploitative profits.

When we cut through the corporate corruption and political phoniness
that’s gripping Washington, there is so much we can achieve for Missouri
and our entire country — creating jobs, getting people the medications
they need at a price they can afford, and building up the American workers
and businesses that make our nation strong.

But I can’t do it without your help. [ [link removed] ]So please, will you help me take
this fight to the U.S. Senate by adding a donation of $10 or
any amount you think is best toward my campaign today? I don’t take a
single cent from corporate PACs so that when I’m elected, I’ll always work
for real people like you.

John,
unlike Josh Hawley, I’m not afraid to
call these companies out for what they are: A dangerous cartel that’s
exploiting everyday Americans.

When I’m elected to the U.S. Senate, I’ll work to do more than just break
up Big Pharma and make sure Americans can access the life-saving drugs
they need — I’ll fight to see these corrupt corporations prosecuted for
what they've done to us.

And I can promise you this: I’ll fight like hell against any corrupt
politician who gets in my way — in OUR way.

Thanks for always standing with me,

Lucas Kunce
