Change of Value Notices Mailed
(Port Orchard, WA) - Change of value notices are being sent to 27,929 property taxpayers throughout Kitsap County. The Assessor is required by state law to appraise property at 100% of market value. These notices are determined based upon property values as of January 1, 2023 and are used when calculating property tax obligations payable in 2024.
