Hi Friend,

I want to share with you a heartfelt op-ed from my friend, mentor, and colleague Nancy Jacobson. In it, she exposes the coordinated effort – led by The Lincoln Project/Third Way Democratic think tank – to deny Americans ballot access and choice in the 2024 presidential election.

In the 13 years since we founded No Labels, Nancy has shown bravery in challenging a broken political establishment that seems to pit Americans against one another. No Labels is being attacked because we are striking a chord and meeting Americans' clear demand for more choices and voices in our politics. The establishment doesn't like competition, but the American people do, and that's all that matters.

All of us at No Labels feel blessed to have such a strong and growing movement behind us. Your support is what keeps us going every day.

Please read Nancy's op-ed and take this poll below.

  1. If the 2024 presidential election features Donald Trump, Joe Biden or an Independent moderate who would you vote for?

  2. Do you support the Lincoln Project/Third Way's undemocratic efforts to prevent ballot access for the American people?

No Labels is making history, and we want you to be part of it! We're working hard to build the launching pad for a potential independent Unity presidential ticket – featuring one Democrat and one Republican – in 2024. Forces within the two major parties have already registered their objections to this project, but they're only displaying a disconnect with how the country feels.

Five Facts on Trifectas

One of the most effective features of the American form of government is the system of checks and balances. By distributing power among the executive, legislative and judicial branches, it pits the branches against one another in a continual competition for power. When one branch overreaches, another checks it by asserting its own power, restoring balance. At the state level, however, power is increasingly concentrated in what are known as “trifectas,” in which one political party holds three key power centers: the governorship and the upper and lower chambers of the legislature. Trifectas leave minority party interests underrepresented.
