The man who killed Jordan Neely, an unhoused man in NYC, was indicted by a grand jury. 

A grand jury indicted 24-year-old Daniel Penny for the death of Jordan Neely. Penny was charged with second-degree manslaughter in May after killing Neely on the NYC subway.
