I’m sure by now you’ve seen the news of Donald Trump’s federal indictment – he’s facing a total of 37 counts related to his handling of highly classified national security information after he left office. He’s the first former president to face federal charges.

Due process and rule of law are essential American virtues. And while this case plays out in the courts, it’s clear that another Trump presidency, especially with a Republican-controlled Congress to enable him, would be dangerous to our democracy.

The GOP is gearing up for a battle in the Senate in 2024 and big special interests are lined up behind them. So I’m asking: Can you chip in $5 today to help us hold on to our Senate majority next year? [link removed]
