[[link removed]]Imagine walking into the grocery store, looking for some of your favorite foods.
Instead, you see empty shelves where there used to be a variety of fruits, veggies, and nuts. This could one
day be our reality if bees and other pollinators continue dying at alarming rates. Act now before it's too late for bees and the planet: Donate $27 or more
immediately and help us reach our $5,320 goal before midnight tonight!

Neonicotinoid pesticides are a key driver of the pollinator crisis we're facing
today. They can impact bees' ability to navigate and reproduce, and even kill bees on contact. But they're currently the most widely used insecticides in agriculture.
There's no time to waste, Friend: if we don't act now to
ban bee-killing pesticides, our food system, our health, and our planet could
face devastating consequences. Today's children could be some of the last people
to share the planet with many species of wild bees. Will you join us in this
fight?
Help get bee-killing pesticides out of our food system and protect our planet.

[[link removed]]Bees play a crucial role in their ecosystems. From fields of blooming
wildflowers to rows of veggies on farms, these insects and other pollinators aid
in plant reproduction. Many of these plants support an entire web of life by
offering habitat and food for countless other species.
We rely on bees and other pollinators for 75% of the world's food crops,
including some of the most nutritious. If we lose bees, we will also lose many of the foods that keep us healthy! In fact, the decline in bees and other pollinators has already harmed global
fruit, vegetable, and nut production. Without access to these vital crops and a
healthy diet, people could be at higher risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and even
cancer, according to a recent study.
The damage doesn't stop there. Neonics can make their way into the very food you
eat and can't be washed off. They've been linked to health impacts like birth defects of the heart and brain, hormone disruption, and autism.
It's clear that neonics are harmful all-around. But bee-killers like
Bayer-Monsanto are sweeping their lethal impacts under the rug. To make matters
worse, the United States EPA is giving them a free pass. They're allowing
widespread use of neonics and other toxic pesticides instead of shifting away
from chemicals we KNOW are killing massive numbers of bees. Now is the time to
stand up and demand action!
Help stop vulnerable bees from vanishing and protect our planet. Make your $27
donation to Friends of the Earth today.

[[link removed]]Bees are a canary in the coal mine, signaling that the toxic way we produce food is on a deadly track. We must act NOW to protect our health and ensure that we are not among the last
generations to share the planet with countless species of wild bees.
The EPA has a chance to ban neonics once and for all. Instead, it might approve these pesticides for another 15 years and subject even more
bees to this fate. But there's still hope, Friend. Because of supporters
like you, we have the chance to make real change -- change that would help
protect bees, people, and the planet.
At Friends of the Earth, we are doing everything we can to help save
pollinators, protect our health, and stop the destruction of our planet. We're
working to pass policies that ban toxic pesticides that are driving the decline
of bees and butterflies. At the same time, we're pushing major grocery companies
like Kroger to stop selling food grown with these chemicals. With your help and
membership support today, we can keep fighting to win and to protect our planet.
But the bees are running out of time -- and they need you.
If we don't stand up to Big Ag now, we could stand to lose hundreds of wild bee species in North America alone. Neither of us wants to see a world without these
vulnerable pollinators. It's up to you to help protect them before it's too
late. Please, Friend, we need you by our side as we ramp
up our efforts to save wild bees from extinction and protect our planet.
Bees, people, and the planet are on the line. Rush your $27 donation and help us
reach our $5,320 goal before midnight tonight!
