According to The New York Times:

❌ West Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas: total abortion ban in effect.

❌ Georgia: six-week abortion ban in effect.

❌ North Carolina and Florida: 15-20 week abortion ban in effect.

❌ South Carolina: six-week abortion ban is passed but is blocked in courts.

Abortion access in the United States

If South Carolina falls, the only southern state that has accessible and unrestricted abortion access is Virginia. We need to ensure that our state remains a safe haven for abortions. Women in the South are counting on us.
