FIRST: Colin Allred flipped TX-32 – a House district Republicans
frequently won by 20-30 points most years – from red to blue in 2018,
helping Democrats win control of the House.
THEN: Colin announced he would run for Senate to take on the incredibly
unpopular Sen. Ted Cruz – meaning TX-32 is now a must-defend open blue
battleground district.
NOW: Dr. Brian Williams – the acclaimed trauma surgeon who operated on and
saved the lives of Dallas police officers during a mass shooting – just
announced he is running to keep TX-32 blue.
If elected, he will be the FIRST trauma surgeon in Congress, would be the
first Black doctor with the ability to vote on legislation in
Congressional history, and has pledged to act on gun violence if elected
(and advised the Senate on the first major gun violence bill in 30
years!).

help Brian kick-start his campaign by making a donation to help to win
this must-win House seat?

In 2018, we elected Dr. Kim Schrier who was the only pro-choice woman
doctor in Congress. Then in 2022, we elected Dr. Yadira Caraveo who became
the only pro-choice woman of color doctor in Congress.
With your help, we’ll elect the first trauma surgeon and first Black
doctor as a voting member of Congress in 2024.
