This is NOT a fundraising email. Your advocacy is desperately needed to save lab animals.

Taxpayer — if you haven't added your name to our new petition, please do so now.

Problem: Elon Musk’s Twitter is BANNING WCW’s educational posts and advocacy ads. By doing so, they’re stopping us from exposing horrific government animal tests to roughly 77.5 MILLION people in the United States!

Bigger Problem: We depend on grassroots donations and advocacy to win our campaigns. F.E.D.—Find, Expose, Defund—that’s our winning strategy.

You see Taxpayer, if we can’t Expose the wasteful spending our investigators Find, animal-loving taxpayers like you won’t demand Congress to take action. And if no one is advocating for government lab animals, Congress won’t Defund the abuse.

Taxpayer, please sign the petition: Pledge your support to our new petition urging Elon Musk to end the censorship before midnight tonight. Our life-saving work depends on it.

Dear Elon Musk,

We, as taxpayers, have the right to know how our tax dollars are being wasted by the U.S. government... especially when innocent animals' lives hang in the balance.

It has come to our attention that Twitter is censoring White Coat Waste Project’s (WCW) breaking news and investigations exposing taxpayer-funded animal abuse.

As Twitter’s Executive Chairman and CTO, and someone seen as a champion for transparency and freedom of speech, I urge you to take action and release this stranglehold on WCW's mission to end wasteful government spending on cruel animal experiments.

Sincerely,
YOUR NAME HERE

Because taxpayers shouldn’t be forced to pay $20 BILLION+ for wasteful government animal experiments,

We're being silenced by Big Tech... AGAIN!

Taxpayer, Elon Musk's Twitter has BANNED all White Coat Waste Project (WCW) ads on the platform. They're cutting us off from reaching our own supporters to take action against cruel and wasteful government animal testing!

URGENT PETITION: Please rush your signature immediately to join us in petitioning Elon Musk to end the censorship!

Twitter has banned this this WCW ad urging taxpayers to contact their members of Congress to pass Violet's Law, a WCW-backed bill that will ensure government lab animals are retired to loving homes, rather than killed.

Taxpayer, since March, Twitter has outrageously rejected our promoted posts educating and urging taxpayers to advocate against:

  • The National Institutes of Health's (NIH) funding of the Wuhan Animal Lab — home to some of the cruelest animal experiments in the world, and the likely source of COVID-19.
  • The National Institutes of Allergies and Infectious Disease's (NIAID) cruel #BeagleGate labs — including experiments where puppies are eaten alive by ticks and sandflies.
  • Lazy bureaucrats in white coats who prefer to slaughter kittens, puppies, monkeys, and other lab animals who survive testing, instead of retiring them to loving homes or sanctuaries.

Taxpayer, we can't continue defunding government animal abuse like this unless we can first expose them to Congress and the public — and Twitter is a key platform in getting this done.

Elon Musk himself said: "Free speech is the bedrock of a functioning democracy" and that he's "against censorship."

Please help us hold him to his word by rushing your signature to our new petition. We will be delivering this petition to Twitter HQ in San Francisco as soon as we reach 100,000 taxpayer signatures.

Taxpayer, I don't know Elon Musk — I don't know whether he's personally responsible for this censorship, or if it is coming from elsewhere in his company.

What I DO know is how crucial it is for us to expose corruption on every platform possible — especially Twitter, as it is one of the largest — and to connect, educate, and activate with animal-loving taxpayers like you.

But when animal-experimenting white coats and big government bureaucrats team up to cut us off from our own supporters, they're severing our only lifeline.

Unlike other big, establishment animal groups, we've never accepted a single penny of a government bailout — we rely wholeheartedly on the support of caring, grassroots supporters like you.

But if we can't connect with our supporters, we can't expose the twisted animal mutilations these sick taxpayer-funded labs are performing.

Making matters even worse — thanks to this censorship, far less people are contacting their members of Congress to end this egregious misuse of our tax dollars!

You know as well as I do, Taxpayer, that this is exactly what they want. They know that if they silence us, they'll get away with stealing even more of our tax dollars to torture animals in their wasteful Franken-science experiments.

That's why, if you're reading this now, I need to sign your petition IMMEDIATELY urging Elon Musk's Twitter to stop censoring us!

I hope to see your signature, Taxpayer. We need all the support we can get right now.

Your ally,

Anthony Bellotti
President & Founder
White Coat Waste Project

P.S. This isn't the first time that wasteful white coats and big government bureaucrats have teamed up to silence us — but they're threatening to suffocate us from reaching supporters like you!

Please take a moment to sign your petition IMMEDIATELY urging Elon Musk's Twitter to stop censoring us.
