John — This week, Donald Trump was indicted (for the second time) on 37 counts of federal crimes for refusing to turn over classified documents.

How did Fitzpatrick respond to this unprecedented moment in history? With a statement that had more fluff in it than a freshman trying to reach a 10-page minimum. In fact, this statement serves as a stark reminder that Brian TWICE voted against impeaching Trump.

That's unacceptable from someone who is a former member of the FBI. We need strong leadership from our representation in Washington, yet Fitzpatrick has proven again and again that he is simply a stooge of McCarthy and the GOP, even when it comes to national security.
