We are thrilled to invite you to our upcoming Indian River County Democrats Open House! Join us Sunday, June 25th from 5 to 7 PM at our office headquarters located at 2345 14th Ave, Vero Beach for an exciting gathering of passionate individuals working towards a brighter future for our community. This Open House is the perfect opportunity to connect with fellow Democrats, meet our dedicated volunteers, and learn more about our initiatives and campaigns. The Democratic Club of Indian River County also invites all Indian River Democrats to participate in the Sebastian Freedom Festival July 4th parade and tabling. This FREE event will take place at Sebastian Riverview Park. Find more details and volunteer HERE ([link removed]) .

As we draw closer to the 2024 campaign cycle, it is crucial that we prioritize the collection of Vote-by-Mail (VBM) applications. Republican voter suppression tactics have resulted in the disenfranchisement of Floridians who would have otherwise been eligible to receive a VBM ballot.

Now that VBM rolls have been cleared, we urge you reenroll in Vote-by-Mail. Voters can check their Vote by Mail status or sign up to vote-by-mail here. ([link removed])

We will have two decorated trucks to accompany those who are walking in the parade with the Democrats’ banners, flags and passing out candy. We want Indian River to see a LOT of Proud Democrats in the parade! After the parade, we will set up our tent and table at the park to register voters, collect ballot petitions, sell merchandise and connect with the community.

Following the parade, there will be festivities in the park. Live entertainment, food, craft booths, vendors, etc. Fireworks at 9:00 p.m. sharp. This is a fun-filled family event!
