Health & Human Services Plans to
Protect the Abortion Industry
The Biden Administration continues its politicization of America’s Federal agencies. Â
In March, the FDA changed its rules to allow pharmacies to dispense abortion pills without a doctor’s visit, a reckless move that is dangerous to women by eliminating crucial safety standards.
This week, the Administration turned its sights on Health & Human Services (HHS) which released an NPRM (Notice of Proposed Rulemaking) regarding HIPAA enforcement.
The proposal is an effort to prevent law enforcement from obtaining critical public health information (PHI) that is vital for criminal, civil, or administrative investigations of “reproductive health care” facilities. “Reproductive health care” includes abortion, but also contraception as well as “gender affirming care.”
We need you to act! They MUST hear from YOU or this rule will most certainly go into effect.
