Purpose: TxDOT and the City of Dallas are proposing to reconstruct and widen the I-30 East Corridor from I-45 to Ferguson Road in Dallas County, Texas. This notice advises the public that a draft environmental assessment (EA) is available for public review and that TxDOT will be conducting an online virtual public hearing on the proposed project with an in-person option.

Purpose: The Hidalgo County Regional Mobility Authority (HCRMA), in cooperation with the TxDOT Pharr District, as the lead agency, has issued a final environmental assessment (EA) for the proposed International Bridge Trade Corridor (IBTC) project, and that the final EA is available for public review.
