Practicing pediatrics, I’ve seen many things in the hospital that led me to launch Their Future PAC. From children with gunshot wounds to trans teenagers who attempted suicide because they are marginalized by adults they should be able to count on. These aren’t always stories you read on the news, but these tragic events happen in communities all across this country far too often.

And they are entirely preventable. But we need leaders who actually pass legislation that protects kids, not makes their lives harder.

At the end of the month, Their Future PAC is facing our first major Federal Election Commission (FEC) public reporting deadline since we started our organization. This is a critical opportunity to prove we’re starting in a strong place. But we need your help.

Our team needs to raise $8,000 online by the end of this week to get on track for our FEC report. Will you chip in $5 to propel us through the next stage of our advocacy?

The inaction in Congress on issues that impact our kids’ lives is unacceptable. The truth is we don’t have time to wait on the biggest issues of the day. We’re at a breaking point, which is why I’m fighting every day to make tangible progress.

But I need your help to do it. I’ve counted on you before. Can I count on you to step up and donate $5 now?
