Everyone in Washington state should have access to safe, affordable housing. That’s why I introduced the Affordable Housing Credit Improvement Act to add over 60,000 affordable housing units in Washington over the next decade.

For too many in our state, the lack of affordable housing makes it difficult to just get by, let alone save for retirement and truly thrive. This is a complex problem, and there’s no simple solution.
