Team, the NDRC has had a lot of good news to celebrate lately.

→ Ahead of last November’s elections, our work helped secure the fairest congressional maps in a generation.

→ Earlier this year, Wisconsin voters turned out in force to elect a fair-minded justice to their state supreme court, despite record spending from GOP megadonors to support their preferred candidate.

→ Just last month, our movement helped Democrats win a critical special election in Pennsylvania, ensuring Democrats would continue to hold the state House for the first time in years.

Still, it’s not time to declare victory. As we head into the 2024 election, anti-democratic forces within the Republican party are working furiously to manipulate maps, suppress voting rights, and undermine our electoral system. That means our democracy-saving work at the NDRC is just as important as ever.

The mid-month deadline is at midnight tonight, and it’s critical that we hit our fundraising goal so we can continue executing our successful strategies across the country. Will you make a quick donation now – of any amount – to support the NDRC?

A.G. Holder summed up the current phase of our work perfectly when he said, “The good news is that maps across the country are the fairest they've been in decades because of our work. ... The bad news is that a new wave of anti-democratic tactics has already begun.”

The Republican politicians who seek to undermine our democracy and hold on to unearned power aren’t backing down, team. But I’m confident that, together, we can continue our fight for fairness and achieve more victories in the months and years ahead.

I’m incredibly thankful that you’re a part of this grassroots team; our success simply wouldn’t be possible without the generous support of people like you. If you’re able, I hope you’ll pitch before tonight’s midnight deadline to help keep the NDRC’s work going.
