Yesterday we launched our two-day Loud & Proud Fund with an ambitious goal: raising $150,000 to support the women fighting for our rights and autonomy year round. Today, I'm reaching out personally, before we close the books at midnight, to stress how critical it is that we reach this goal.

Just like restrictive abortion bans, anti-LGBTQ+ laws are on the rise nationwide. Republican extremists want to take this country backward, which is why we need to elect Democratic pro-choice women who will fight for *all* of us -- now more than ever.

If this pro-choice community knows one thing, it's that bodily autonomy is not up for debate. The continued attacks on our most fundamental rights by anti-choice, anti-LGBTQ+ extremists are shameful and downright dangerous.

While we celebrate Pride month, we're reminded that we're all fighting for the same objective: The right to determine our own futures. We do that by standing loud and proud in our advocacy. And we do that by electing Democratic pro-choice candidates who are committed to doing the same.
