VoteVets has a critical deadline approaching.

In just a few hours, we’ll hit our mid-month deadline. And then in about two weeks we’ll hit our final deadline of the quarter — an official FEC deadline.

When we do, we’ve got to report everything we’ve raised to the FEC. And even though it might seem early, these deadlines are critical to our success next November.

Here’s why: If we put up a big number, we’ll be able to put more money towards supporting good, progressive Veterans and their campaigns. We’ll be able to go on the offensive against the radical authoritarian right and their extreme social agenda. And if we’re lucky, we might even convince some big spenders on the right to scale back.

If we don’t, it makes everybody’s job a whole lot tougher.
