The Jane Fonda Climate PAC is committed to supporting candidates who are dedicated to taking on the climate crisis and phasing out fossil fuels for good.
The fossil fuel industry makes obscene profits poisoning our planet and our communities, and unfortunately, too many elected leaders fail to take action due to the overwhelming influence fossil fuel money has on our political system.
This is why I established the Jane Fonda Climate PAC to help elect candidates like Saddam. The path to a liveable future in Virginia requires divesting from fossil fuels and investing in clean, sustainable energy, and in our communities. Candidates like Saddam Salim represent that brighter future. I know Saddam will commit to a clean energy plan and he will stand up to Governor Youngkin’s plans to withdraw from the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative. It's a new day in Virginia and it's time for a new kind of leader: Saddam Salim.
