CAPITOL CAMPUS UPDATE





Interpretive Center trail and restroom closed June 19-23

*Scope & Impact:* The trail and restroom at the Interpretive Center will be closed for maintenance. The nearest available restrooms during this time will be at Marathon Park [ [link removed] ]. Expect noise from construction and demolition work.  

*Where: *The entrance area of the Interpretive Center [ [link removed] ] between the kiosk and restroom. The center is located at 2600 Deschutes Parkway in Olympia and is managed by the Department of Enterprise Services.

*When:* Monday, June 19 to Friday, June 23. The trail and restroom will be open by 5 p.m. Friday, June 23.

*Why: *DES is replacing aging deck boards between the kiosk and restroom. 

"All work is weather dependent. The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services is completing the work for this effort."
