Families need fathers, but fathers don’t always feel like they’re needed. In a culture that downplays the importance of fathers for the family, this Father’s Day is an opportunity to celebrate the unique and vital role that fathers play. To celebrate, Craig DeRoche, CEO of Family Policy Alliance and dad to 3 girls, sits down with another father to talk about their experiences and insights on fatherhood.
