“Party unity and a political rebound years in the making produced the ‘Minnesota Miracle 2.0.’” – HuffPost
John,
When our people-powered victories up and down the ballot swept in our DFL trifecta in November, they promised to end the era of gridlock in Saint Paul and move Minnesota forward.
Our DFL leaders kept their promise, delivering the most productive legislative session in decades and taking action to improve the lives of Minnesotans for generations to come.
While Republican-led states were banning books, bullying the LGBTQ community, and rolling back voting rights, Minnesota was making national headlines as an example of progress. Together, we:
✅Provided universal meals to Minnesota students
✅Put Minnesota on the path to 100% clean energy
✅Passed paid family and medical leave
✅Enacted common-sense gun safety laws
✅Codified abortion rights into state law
✅Passed a budget that invests in every corner of the state
✅Provided schools with the resources our children deserve
✅Banned the harmful practice of conversion “therapy”
✅Made Minnesota a refuge for gender-affirming care
✅And so much more!
Minnesota is moving forward, but Republicans are more emboldened than ever to undo all of our hard-earned wins. They’re already pledging to throw everything they have at us next year to try to retake power.
Your ongoing support is crucial, and our records show we’re still missing you this year. As a pledge to help us defend the historic progress we made this legislative session, will you activate your 2023 DFL membership today?
John, as one of our most reliable DFLers, we’re asking you first: Can you send a donation today so we can continue fighting together to build a brighter future for our state?
