John,
President Biden just redefined "person."
He's once again doing the bidding of the abortion industry – putting girls, women, and innocent babies at risk as a result.
The Biden Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) just issued a new rule that will help protect child abusers who bring young girls in for abortions as well as human traffickers who coerce women into committing abortion after abortion.
In fact, it bans the collection of certain data and even criminal investigations related to coerced abortions. Just like in the case we're involved in against the abortion pill, Biden is cooking the books so he can argue there is NO HARM. He's intentionally hiding the truth at the expense of babies and vulnerable women. The rule even redefines the word "person" to dehumanize unborn babies.

File a Challenge
to This Rule
TOMORROW, we are filing an in-depth formal legal comment challenging Biden's latest effort to support the abortion industry.
Our sister organization, ACLJ Action, has already organized a grassroots campaign to flood HHS with individual comments opposing the rule.
HHS MUST review every comment before the rule can take effect, so it's critical we take action now.
Already over 4,000 of ACLJ Action's members have made submissions through their secure portal.
They've provided a secure way for YOU to submit your own challenge to the rule and even supplied a sample comment that you can customize.
The deadline to submit is TOMORROW, so please customize and submit your comment TODAY.
