Every animal deserves a life free from pain and suffering. But undercover
investigations at factory farms have revealed pigs who were beaten with metal rods and had clothespins stuck in their eyes,
turkeys who were boiled alive, and cows struggling and conscious as they were
being slaughtered .

Animal abuse is routine and rampant on factory farms — and it must be stopped. Please make an urgent gift now to help us fight for farmed animals and stop
this cruelty!

[[link removed]] John, farmed animals raised for the meat, dairy,
and egg industries are among the most abused in the country. And stopping this abuse means taking on massive, powerful corporations
determined to exploit animals for profit.

It’s going to take every single one of us, relentlessly fighting on animals’
behalf to bring an end to factory farm abuse that impacts billions of animals
each year. Will you stand up to this deceptive, abusive industry — and stand up for farmed
animals — with a contribution today?

The Animal Legal Defense Fund is fighting the factory farm industry right now on multiple legal fronts. We’re challenging unconstitutional Ag-Gag laws
designed to hide animal cruelty on factory farms in states like Arkansas, North
Carolina, and Iowa. We’ve also joined other firms in bringing a class-action
lawsuit against Fairlife LLC, an Illinois dairy company, after an undercover investigation showed calves being stabbed and punched .

At the same time, we’re defending the Prevention of Cruelty to Farm Animals Act,
California’s groundbreaking law that eliminates some of the cruelest confinement
practices for mother pigs, calves, and egg-laying hens — a law that is now under attack . And, we’re fighting to block a new U.S. Department of Agriculture rule that
allows pig slaughterhouses to kill pigs at high speeds, subjecting the animals
to further cruelty. End Factory Farm Abuse!
[[link removed]] John, we cannot win these battles without you. Please help us protect animals and stop this suffering.
[[link removed]] Thank you for your tireless work on behalf of innocent animals. Together we can
improve billions of lives. For the animals,
Matthew Liebman
Director of Litigation
