Time to renew your DSA membership!

Friends and comrades,

If you are receiving this email, it is is time to renew your DSA dues! It's an exciting time to be a DSA member. Our endorsed political candidate, Bernie Sanders, just won the New Hampshire primary, he won in Iowa, and our movement is GOING TO WIN. But it won't happen on its own - we need everyone's energy and support to fight the corporate Democrats who won't easily accept Bernie as the nominee.

Here in Montgomery County, we've done a lot together over the past two years. We helped elect DSA members into the Maryland state legislature - Gabe Acevero and Vaughn Stewart. We helped elect a DSA member as County Executive of our 1 million-person county - Marc Elrich (which we did by defeating pharma bro CEO David Blair).

We also pushed back against tax giveaways to Amazon and are continuing to agitate against the tax breaks that country clubs for the 1% receive. And, we're gearing up for a county-wide rent control fight in which we'll need participation from many DSA members and county residents.

DSA is 100% member-funded, which is what allows us to be 100% independent from any outside influences. If you're receiving this email it is time to renew your dues! And if you sign up for monthly dues, you'll never have to worry about renewing again.

We need your support, your energy, and your participation. We hope you'll renew your membership, and come out to one of our upcoming events.
