"I collected the incredible parcels of clothing, toys, toiletries and shoes yesterday and was able to deliver them to the family in the afternoon. There are no words that can describe what this donation means. Mum was utterly overwhelmed that it was possible to have so many pieces of clothing for her son. When they fled their previous address, they were in such danger and had to leave with literally only the clothes they were wearing. Having the items already packed into sturdy bags for easy transport, including backpacks and their own toiletries, rendered Mum speechless. She kept pointing to the items with her mouth open and tears streaming down her cheeks. Your efforts have made a huge impact on the quality of life this family now has. Many, many thanks for the kindness, efficiency, dignity and support that you and your entire organisation provides"
