Did you know that the proposed Voice will create a special class of Australians – dividing our families, communities, and country by race. This isn’t the future I want for our country, and I know you, too, believe in a united Australia, where every Australian is an equal citizen, regardless of their ethnicity.
You don’t need a law degree to know that any changes to our Constitution are permanent – that’s why the Government and supporters of the YES campaign are deliberately hiding the details until after the referendum is held.
John, would you buy a house without knowing what it looks like, how big it is, how much it costs, or even where it is? Of course not, no one would. This referendum is no different – Australians are being asked to make permanent constitutional changes with next to no detail. Do not risk it.
You face an important decision. This referendum won’t be decided by any politician, corporate or celebrity. It’ll be decided by you and your neighbours.
Sadly, there are still many Australians who are unaware of the disastrous consequences a YES vote will mean. John, that’s why I’m asking for your immediate support to back our campaign and stop this dangerous referendum.
We don’t have the deep pockets of the Yes campaign – we instead have everyday Australians, like you, who do not want to see our country divided.
