The True Cost of Washington Tour last summer was an amazing experience, as Americans for Prosperity staff and volunteers traveled to 130 gas station and grocery store events in 30 states to highlight the damaging impact of government-caused inflation.

Before last summer, Spencer Evans had never gone farther north than Colorado. He’s just a young guy from Louisiana.

Actually, the whole trip for him started with a Louisiana crawfish boil.

You read that right. A crawfish boil.

I don’t have a picture of the crawfish to show you (sorry?), but I promise you you’ll enjoy listening along in my conversation with this young man, Spencer, for the American Potential podcast ([link removed] ) .
