Team—
Access to medication abortion is still under attack in the U.S.
The Center for Reproductive Rights is fighting for a future where all people are able to make their own decisions about their bodies and their health. As we continue this fight, we want to hear from you. CLICK HERE if you agree medication abortion should be available and accessible, without restrictions.
Anti-abortion extremists are attempting to block the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)'s longstanding approval of mifepristone—one of two drugs used in medication abortion. There is NO fact-based argument for removing an abortion pill from the marketplace and this case should have been thrown out a long time ago.
The Center is prepared and is fighting forward. Just last month, we filed a new lawsuit on behalf of abortion providers in three states—Virginia, Montana, and Kansas—to protect access to mifepristone. Add your name if you agree access to mifepristone should be protected!
The future of medication abortion in the U.S. hangs in the balance. It is going to take all of us, together, to fight forward for our essential reproductive rights.
Thank you for adding your name to the growing list of people who believe medication abortion should not be restricted.
Onward,
Center for Reproductive Rights
