First: North Carolina’s GOP supermajority overturned the Democratic Governor's veto of a 12-week abortion ban.

Then: South Carolina’s Governor signed a 6-week abortion ban, which is currently being held in the courts.

Now: If South Carolina’s abortion ban goes into effect, Virginia will be the last southern state without extreme bans or restrictions on abortions.

That means millions of women across the American South will be depending on VA if/when they ever find themselves in need of this often lifesaving care. We cannot relinquish this critical access point in our country.

Her Bold Move is supporting a roster of female candidates running for seats across VA – many are running against anti-choice male opponents. Virginia has a Republican Governor and very thin margins in its legislature. The stakes could not be higher.
