We’ve been talking a lot this week about our mission to find 10,000 patriots who are willing to pledge their lives, fortunes, and sacred honor to one another by committing $1/day toward saving the nation by calling an Article V Convention.

But what you may not realize is exactly what your support makes possible. So today, we wanted to take a moment to explain how your generosity truly makes an impact.

Our COS Patriots pledge $1/day and enable support for the largest grassroots army in America.

Convention of States has become the nation’s most impactful grassroots army because of our investment in training programs like The Patriot Academy and COS University.

Through these resources, we provide free education, training, and active engagement opportunities so that our citizen volunteers can effectively drive change and advocate for an Article V Convention in their state and local communities.

We don’t just recruit volunteers and then leave them to figure it out on their own; we provide personal phone calls, mentorship, and comprehensive training — a process that is effective but requires significant financial investment.

Our COS Statesmen pledge $2/day and sponsor the recruitment of 50 new petition signers along with their introduction to COS every month.

Our entire recruitment process and road to cultivating engaged grassroots leaders starts with a petition signature. After our petition is signed, we contact each signatory individually and encourage him or her to get more involved by volunteering or even taking on a leadership role.

Because of the generous matching opportunity available for this week, your $2/day pledge will become $4/day, enabling us to reach 100 PETITION SIGNERS every month for the first year of your giving.

That adds up to 1,200 new petition signers over the course of just one year! Incredible.

COS Founders pledge $3/day and help secure a booth at a local venue, i.e., gun show, county fair, etc.

One of the biggest challenges COS has is to educate citizens about the Article V process. Nothing beats having a physical presence at local events across the country.

Showing up at gun shows, county fairs, and similar venues gives us the opportunity to reach, educate, and recruit many like-minded citizen activists. Your support enables us to help cover associated costs like booth fees, banners, tablecloths, printed materials, giveaway items, and more.

We can supply the trained volunteer activists to man the booths if you can help us to supply those activists with the tools they need to effectively present COS to other Patriots face to face with your generous monthly pledge of $3/day.

Although these giving levels may give some idea of what your support makes possible, it truly only scratches the surface of all the activities that are happening behind-the-scenes to connect with legislators, educate the public, support millions of grassroots across the country, and drive effective change.

It’s only possible because of support from people like you.

As our way of saying thank-you and recognizing your commitment to the cause, we’re excited to announce that our team has created a special COS Patriots Club lapel pin that will be awarded exclusively to those who have pledged $1 or more per day and give consistently over the next 6 months.
