The REINS Act (“Regulations from the Executive In Need of Scrutiny) – is getting a vote on the House Floor today!

This is a game-changing bill that would stop the Biden regime (and future administrations as well) from usurping the legislative role of Congress by using regulations to control commerce in America.

Much of today’s ridiculous regulations – like the Biden administration trying to ban gas stoves or ban pistol braces – would never be approved by Congress.

By passing the REINS Act, we can rein in the rogue administration in a major way – and as we learned during the Trump years, not even the President really has control over the administrative state.

Please take just a couple of minutes today to CALL your congressman, whether they are Republican or Democrat, at (202) 224-3121 and demand they support H.R. 277, the REINS Act.

You can say anything you want, or use this simple script:

Hello, this is [your name] from [your city.] I’m calling upon my representative to support and vote to pass H.R. 277, the REINS Act, which would require Congress to approve all major new executive regulations.

Passing laws is the job of Congress, not the White House and federal bureaucracies. The FDA, the EPA, ATF, HHS, and all the federal bureaucrats are running rampant, passing regulations that Congress would not vote to pass.

Congress needs to reclaim its own lawmaking authority. Please vote to pass the REINS Act right now. Thank you.

For decades now, bureaucratic red tape has bound the hands of hardworking Americans and entrepreneurs preventing them from reaching their full potential.

In fact, studies show the economic cost of federal regulations have soared well over $1.5 trillion every year.
