*Active Nottingham new online booking system*

Over the last few week?s we have been working on implementing the NEW Leisure Management System at Active Nottingham and from today, Wednesday 14 June we will be introducing a new online system across our facilities.?

If you already have an existing Active Nottingham account/membership you will need to validate/re-register this in the new system.

*From Wednesday 14 June (existing Active Nottingham members) will need to register their details on the new system:*


* Click here [ [link removed] ] to go to the log in screen of the new system?
* Click the 'Register' button and follow the on-screen instructions (we recommend also following this helpful 'how-to' guide [ [link removed] ]with full details of how to validate/re-register your membership)
* Once your account has been validated/re-registered with the new system you will be able to log into the website and Active Nottingham app to start booking your activities

*About our new system*

The website will streamline and enhance how you access all that Active Nottingham has to offer. Here is a quick overview of what you can expect:


* Simplified online booking process allowing you to search for activities by class, day, time or even leisure centre
* Enhanced 'My Account' section which acts as a central hub for your details, preferences, and to keep track of all your bookings, payments, membership details etc
* A new online swim school portal (coming soon) which will allow parents and participants to enrol onto courses, join and pay for lessons online plus much more
* After listening to member feedback we have redesigned the layout of the Active Nottingham app to make it more user friendly for you all

Updated Waiting List and Cancellation policy

*_Waiting List _**_Update_*
With the new Leisure Management System we can update our waiting list process to an 'Automatic Promotion'.

*_What does this mean?_*?
If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waiting list and when a space becomes available you will *automatically be added to the class* (an email will also be sent to you to advise but you can also check your status via the app).

If you no longer need to attend the class, please ensure you *cancel* your space so it can be allocated to somebody else. This applies if you're *'booked'* into the class or on the *'waiting* *list'* ? please cancel your space if you no longer need it.

*_Cancellation Policy_*
With our current cancellation policy, you need to cancel your space a minimum of 3 hours before your class/session takes place.

We know that life happens, so, from 14 June you now have up to sixty minutes before your activity start time to cancel. Cancelling your space allows us to offer the space to someone else and makes it fair for everyone.

*_What does this mean for the Fair Play Policy?_*?
Once we're settled with the new leisure management system we will be introducing a 'strikes' policy, rather than charging a fee.?

This means, if you don't cancel your space with more than 60 minutes' notice, we will add a 1 'strike' to your account.?

If you have up to 3 'strikes' on your account in a 30-day period, your pre-booking privileges will be revoked for 7 days - meaning you won't be able to pre-book any classes for that duration.

Please note ? *_we will not be_* implementing the Fair Play Policy until we're settled with the new system, so don?t worry. Once it?s ready to launch we will give you advance warning, so ensure you have your email addresses up to date and app notifications switched on.

As with all major changes, there may be some initial inconvenience as our new systems and processes are established - we ask that you bear with us as we all undertake this change, this is new for us all.?

Please be assured that we will make every effort to ensure the changes happen as smoothly as possible and with a minimum of disruption.
