Hello,
The Aging and Long-Term Support Administration is partnering with Anthro-Tech to develop a new version of our WA Care Careers website. We want to know what works and what needs improvement - and could use your feedback! For these reasons, we are seeking participants for an upcoming usability study.
What is a usability study? A usability study is a one-on-one research session where participants complete tasks using the system being studied. We will ask you to think out loud while you complete these tasks and answer some questions about your experience.
Where is the study being conducted? The study is being conducted online using the Zoom video conferencing tool.
How long will it take? The session will take about 60 minutes.
When is the study? We will be scheduling participants for sessions on June 19, June 20, and June 21, between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. (PDT).
Incentive We will provide those selected to participate in the study with $100 Amazon gift card or PayPal to thank you for your participation.
