First, he chartered a plane to Martha's Vineyard to take immigrants away from Florida last year (gross), and just last week, he sent a "voluntary" flight of migrants to California.

California Governor Gavin Newsom is calling BS – and so are we.

DeSantis could be facing kidnapping charges.
