A few weeks ago, President Trump extended his order that banned entry to the United States from several Muslim majority countries to six more, mostly African, countries.
Today, the House Judiciary Committee will be voting on legislation to fight back against this horrific policy.
Nearly 14,000 PFAW supporters already joined our petition to members of Congress but with today’s markup hearing, we need to double that number by the end of the day!

In the three years since the first Muslim Ban was issued, countless families remain separated with heartbreaking consequences. People have been denied access to lifesaving medical treatments; parents have been unable to care for their children; and spouses have been forced to live apart as they await decisions on their waiver applications. Some have been denied the opportunity to attend funerals or visit dying family members, and accomplished professionals and students have been denied access to career and educational opportunities.
The NO BAN Act is a clear rebuke to the harms brought by the Trump administration’s policies. Congress must act to ensure that no one can be banned from our country based on their religion or nationality.
