School boards might seem like small elections – we’ve heard that before. But these local bodies are powerful champions of our children’s education, especially in the face of right-wing interference in our schools. From book bans to baseless attacks on critical race theory, school boards are our first line of defense.
That’s why Run for Something is actively working to recruit, train and elect young, diverse candidates running for these positions and put an end to these ridiculous attacks on education.
