Administration Shares New Tools to Lower Prescription Drug Costs
Presenting at the Age+Action Conference, the Honorable Xavier Becerra, Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services, revealed new tools from the Biden-Harris administration designed to lower prescription drug costs for low-income people with Medicare through the Extra Help program. Alison Barkoff, Acting Assistant Secretary for Aging, also announced that the Older Americans Act regulations will soon be available for comment.
