Accountability in government ensures our elected leaders serve our nation's best interests. Transparency in the process and a focus on improving the day-to-day lives of American citizens is the key to good governance.
Over the last two and a half years, we have watched Joe Biden and the Democrats in Washington, D.C. operate with no regard for accountability and transparency. We are dangerously close to Katie Hobbs having no opposition to her policies that badly hurt hard-working taxpayers in Arizona.
Governor Katie Hobbs' leadership has been marked by turmoil and high staff turnover. While chaos reigns on the 9th floor, she continues to spread the chaos throughout our state by vetoing bipartisan bills, such as SB1264 by JD Mesnard (R-13), which aimed to address conflicts of interest in overseeing elections. This bill sought to prevent elected elections officers or their appointees, who have a role in election oversight, from being members of Political Action Committees (PACs) since PACs are designed to influence elections. Maybe it's because Hobbs also didn’t want to disclose her own donors to her inauguration fund, which angered many on both sides of the aisle. To bring about the change we need, Democrats must be voted out.
