*Join us in person or virtually for the June, 2023 Environmental Quality Board meeting. At this meeting, the board will hear a process update regarding the environmental review continuous improvement effort.? Project description:?*MWF Properties LLC (MWF) prepared an EAW for five residential developments east of the I-35W/Burnsville Parkway interchange in Burnsville's Transit-Oriented Development District. Concorde Flats and Villas I is under construction and Villas II construction would begin in fall 2023. MWF included two potential future project phases in the EAW, Parkway and Diamondhead. The projects would provide approximately 500 units of attached residential housing to the area.

*Project description:?*The proposed project includes 71 cold storage units with concrete driveways off of a gravel driving path on a 16.56-acre site. A clubhouse with a restroom and wash bay will also be included on site. Three catchment basins would be constructed for stormwater retention.

*Project description:?*The Ebersole Residential Subdivision project is proposed on approximately 88.25 acres of land outside and northwest of the City of Delano, Wright County. The project area is within the City's planned transition area boundary and is primarily agricultural fields with some wetland, woodland, the Crow River and riverbanks. The project area is located east of Highway 12 and northwest of downtown Delano on 3 existing parcels. Development of the project area will demolish and remove existing structures from two of the three parcels. Project construction will convert 61.6 acres of crop land, permanently impact approximately 0.8 acres of wetland with fill, remove 11.9 acres of trees, and create lots within a shoreland overlay. Approximately 183 single-family lots and homes, and 102 attached townhomes in 23 buildings will be built along with the installation of roads, municipal utilities, mass grading, and storm water management practices.

Trunk Highway 55 Planning Study - Notification of Study and Request for Input
*Notice description:?*The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) Metro District, in coordination with FHWA, has a new planning study on Trunk Highway 55. We are requesting comment as the study evaluates highway problems and develops alternatives. The planning study will be in accordance with Title 23 CFR 450.212 and 450.318 (Planning and Environmental Linkages (PEL) process regulations) which provide the opportunity to incorporate planning efforts into NEPA documents. We request response on the following and/or any other questions or comments on the Highway 55 Planning Study within 30 days: -Questions or comments on the 450 PEL study process -Any goals your agency is attempting to achieve in this study area -Any projects your agency may be attempting in this study area -Permits or approvals your agency may have authority on within the study area
