It appears that the Biden White House and DOJ coordinated to obtain the Trump records and perhaps create a pretext for the law enforcement raid of Trump’s home.

America First Legal’s lawsuit against NARA continues to reveal evidence of the Biden family’s extensive use of Joe Biden’s role as Vice President to gain special access and favors for their friends and family during the Obama Administration, and there’s much more to come!
