Merck, a pharmaceutical giant, just sued the U.S. government in an attempt to halt the Inflation Reduction Act's program giving Medicare the ability to negotiate drug prices.

This is a direct attack on the drug pricing reform Chris fought to pass last year. These reforms have the potential to save Americans $25 billion annually by 2031 through price negotiations for Medicare.

We cannot allow pharmaceutical companies to go unchecked and dictate the terms of our healthcare system.

Every day Chris hears stories about Granite Staters rationing their life-saving medications, discontinuing prescription drugs, or going into debt because of outrageous costs. This is unacceptable.
