- A Manhattan grand jury indicted Trump on 34 counts of fraud over his role in paying hush money to a porn star.
- A jury in May found Trump liable for sexual abuse and defamation.
- On Friday, DOJ prosecutors charged Trump with 37 felonies, including 31 counts under the Espionage Act of “willful retention” of classified records.
- And more criminal investigations are ongoing over Trump’s role in inciting the Jan. 6 insurrection, and his interfering with the election outcome in Georgia.
