Trump to appear in Miami federal court for indictment hearing

Donald Trump has been indicted on 37 charges in the classified documents investigation, including willful retention of national defense information, conspiracy to obstruct justice, and false statements and representations.
Some of the documents recovered at Mar-a-Lago and that Trump allegedly shared with others included information regarding the defense and weapons capabilities of both the US and foreign countries. This is dangerous.
No one is above the law. Not even former presidents.
These weren't just some documents that Trump forgot in his suitcase. These were sensitive materials that had been stored unsecured at Mar-a-Lago for months, as thousands of people came and went. Trump's actions have potentially compromised the national security of our nation and its allies.
