Guest speakers Michael L. Milnor, retired Chief of Police for Alta Vista, Viriginia, and Nancy Oglesby, prosecutor in the Commonwealth of Virginia, covered the many aspects of a thorough child homicide investigation, including scene preservation, evidence gathering, interrogation strategies, and the medical aspects seen in many child death cases.
