IT’S OUR LAST CHANCE TO STOP THE STADIUM SCAM! 

Tomorrow morning at 9:15 a.m., the Nevada Assembly will have our ONE and
ONLY chance to provide testimony on Senate Bill 1, the stadium scam bill,

The twist? They’re NOT accepting PHONE testimony, only in-person in Carson
City or at the Grant Sawyer building — and if you cannot make it in person
you can still email your testimony to [ mailto:[email protected] ][email protected] which is
just as important!

WHEN: Tomorrow, June 13, 2023, at 9:15 a.m.

WHERE: Assembly Chamber of the Legislative Building, 401 S. Carson St.,
Carson City, NV OR Room 4401 of the Grant Sawyer State Office Building,
555 E. Washington Ave., Las Vegas, NV

NOTE: The OPINION POLL does NOT count as testimony. You need to either be
IN PERSON and/or email your testimony to the committee

This last-minute hearing is our last and ONLY opportunity to tell the
Assembly that we do NOT want to waste $380 million taxpayer dollars on a
corporate handout to the Oakland A’s BILLIONAIRE owner. We need to invest
in our housing, education systems, mental health services – things that
would bring business here without forfeiting nearly half a billion of OUR
dollars on an unnecessary and PRICY stadium leaving Clark County on the
hook if this doesn’t pan out!.
