Governor Newsom must be annoyed. When the uber-leftist Sacramento Bee headline points out that his “gun restriction” scheme is “essentially impossible," it’s got to get under his skin. The anti-gunners may be dancing a jig but anyone who knows anything about amending the Constitution understands this is doomed from the get-go.
