Team, it’s that time of year — when the Supreme Court releases their latest set of opinions ahead of the summer.
In fact, right around this time last year, SCOTUS issued their formal opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization , effectively overturning Roe v. Wade nationwide, and striking down nearly 50 years of precedent. This decision was followed by outrage — and the media attention on the U.S. highest court hasn’t stopped much since!
